Anyways, this idiot stuffed his cat in his homemade bong... $400 ticket for that... I have no clue what would drive someone to do such a thing, however it was done. Best part about this story is the fact the cop stated that the "...cat was just dazed." How in the hell can you tell if a cat is dazed or not? Is that something they teach you in the academy... "Boy, this cat is dazed off its ass" I mean really... Anyways, I had to get this story up here because it is too funny to pass up...
